In 1955 Carlos Perez-Sala a renown business man of the time, built his family the original structure of the building. The family lived in the home up until 2011 when they chose to redact the spaces to what it is now. An exclusive, 30 room, hideout with a world class kitchen and bar on the first floor.
Primero Primera is intimate and highly sophisticated. You get the feeling of being in a private home in one of Barcelona's residential districts.
